How do you get your merchandise?

The Outlet buys and sells "Retail Salvage Merchandise". This includes freight damage, returns, floor models, closeouts and whatever great deals come along. Most items are new but there are reconditioned/used as well. Please inspect items carefully as merchandise is sold in "AS IS" condition. Packages may be inspected at the front desk.

What is your return policy?

To better serve you and keep our prices low all sales are final with the following exceptions:

Clothing may be exchanged within 14 days of purchase for in store credit.

Electronics will be repaired, replaced or exchanged, if found to be defective within 30 days from the date of purchase.

Mechanical items are guaranteed for 30 days from the date of purchase.

All exchange items must be accompanied with the original store receipt.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept cash, check or credit/debit card with valid ID.

How did The Outlet by ELS begin?

Founded by a husband and wife team 19 years ago in Monrovia, California, The Outlet began with only 3 employees. Today, the company has over 100 employees and is still proudly family owned and operated, now by two generations. As a family business, their caring philosophy extends to the staff members and the loyal community of customers.
